How adorable is this BFF Bracelet Heart Pencil Topper! This stitches out quickly and comes with easy to follow instructions, with step by step pictures.  Includes single stitch out for 4"x4" hoop and double stitch out for 5"x7" hoop. Completed 100% in the hoop.
