Dress Up Your Spring Table with these adorable Flower Wine Glass Marker Embroidery Design! Great way to use up some of those small scraps you have lying around! Includes design with snap placement circles and design without snaps. Comes with easy to follow instructions with pictures. This fits a 4"x4" hoop. Add your own embroidery design to personalize these or use printed vinyl or felt. If you want to make these with cotton or fabric, simply add batting or felt in between the front and back layer for extra stiffness.
